3. No Refund Policy
All payments made are non-refundable.
This includes cancellations, missed appointments, or unused services.
At our discretion, we may offer a reschedule or credit toward future services.
4. Accuracy of Information
Clients must provide complete and accurate data.
We are not responsible for errors caused by inaccurate submissions.
5. Confidentiality and Privacy
We protect all personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
6. Use of Results
Results are for informational or legal use only.
DNA TEST PLUS is not liable for how results are used by the client.
7. Limitation of Liability
Services are provided “as is.”
We are not responsible for indirect or consequential damages.
8. Payment Terms
Full payment is required at booking unless agreed otherwise.
Accepted payment methods are listed on our website.
9. Appointment Rescheduling and Cancellations
Must be done at least 24 hours in advance.
Failure to do so may result in service forfeiture.
